A narrow mouth-blown cylindrical vase made from coloured glass, cased in a layer of clear and decorated with iridescent lustre. For a single bloom or a few stems of flowers or foliage.

Materials & making

Mouth blown by skilled glassblowers to create a cylindrical vase. Layers of coloured and clear glass are gathered and shaped before blowing into the mould. The rim is scissor cut to achieve a thick, rounded finish. An iridescent lustre is applied by hand while the glass is still hot.

Care

Handwash in warm soapy water and dry with a soft cloth.
