Materials & making

Ash, sourced from sustainably-managed European forests and certified by the Forest Stewardship Council, is shaped and sanded by hand. The tray can be treated with a food safe oil or left to mature and colour naturally.

Clean the wood with a soft brush or damp cloth. Do not leave immersed in water or place in a dishwasher. Allow to dry naturally. Treat with a food safe oil if desired, or leave to mature and colour naturally.
