A wide textured band runs horizontally around each item, produced by blowing the glass into a mould lined with a metal net that impresses the mesh pattern permanently into the surface. The range covers bowls, pitchers, carafes, wine glasses, tumblers, vases and more.

Wicker takes its cues from woven wickerwork - the traditional craft of weaving natural fibres into baskets, furniture and decorative objects. The wide textured band translates that woven quality into glass, giving the range a warm, naturalistic character.

Each piece is mouth-blown by a skilled glassmaker. The wicker effect is produced by blowing the gather into a wooden mould lined with a metal net, which presses the woven pattern into the surface. The rim is then cut and polished.

Crafted from clear glass with the wicker pattern impressed into the surface during making. The pattern is structural - part of the glass itself - rather than a surface treatment that can wear off, scratch or fade.
