These terms of sale apply to our website(s). By accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Before placing an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please email [email protected] with your query.

1. The website and you

This website is operated by Lubkowski Saunders & Associates Limited (trading as LSA International) whose registered office address is Ground Floor, Holbrooke Studios, Indigo House, Holbrooke Place, Richmond, TW10 6UD, UK and whose company registration number is 1150295 (England) and VAT number is 209104500. Our telephone number is (+44)(0)1932 789721. References to "we", "us" and "our" refer to LSA International. References to "you", and "your" refer to those placing an order via this website.

2. Contract

Your placement of an order on our website is an offer by you to purchase the goods selected in your order. We may accept your order at our discretion. This means that if products are shown on the site but are incorrectly priced, incorrectly described or not available we shall not be obliged to sell you those products. Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and LSA International for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you. We reserve the right to change these terms of sale from time to time without notice to you.

3. Product

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct. However, specifications and descriptions of products are only intended to give a general description of the products and are not intended to be binding. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

4. Payment

Our website(s) uses the Braintree checkout service. Braintree securely processes the payment transaction while your order is processed by LSA. Braintree is a validated Level 1 PCI DSS compliant service provider, and also on Visa's Global Compliant Provider and Mastercard's SDP List. Braintree payment options: Customers can pay using Visa, Mastercard or Maestro debit or credit cards, or use PayPal or Apple Pay.

5. Delivery

Orders placed before the specified cut off time will be processed and delivered as per your request, providing further security checks are not required and all products are available. If delivery cannot be made to your address you will be informed as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to deliver the products as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this event we will inform you of any delay as soon as possible. Ownership of an item will not pass to you until we have delivered the item to you (either directly, or by leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour). When an item is delivered the risk of damage to or loss of the item passes to you.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your right to cancellation You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time up to 28 days after you receive the goods. To cancel your order within this time frame you must notify us in writing, either by post or by email to [email protected] Should you wish to cancel your order after the products have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us. Please follow our returns procedure to generate a free returns label. You will be credited for the products within 30 days of receipt by us provided that the goods are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with original packaging.

7. Returns policy

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us by following the steps set out on our returns page.

8. Faulty product

In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty product you should notify us in writing by email at [email protected] within 10 days of delivery. The goods should be returned to us in line with our returns instructions. Once we have received the goods back we will verify the fault. If the fault is verified we will either: 1. Replace with the same item 2. Refund in line with our refund policy.

9. Items broken during delivery to you

Our products are packed with care and consideration. We're well practiced in sending glass so it rarely breaks in the post. In the unlikely event that this does happen you will need to provide us with the following information, by email to [email protected], within 48 hours of delivery: 1. A photograph of the broken product, making the quantity and product itself clear 2. Your order number 3. Details of the product names and quantities broken 4. Whether you would like a replacement or refund Following this, we may ask you to return the product to us. If the fault is verified, we will either replace with the same item or refund in line with our refund policy.

10. Wrong item delivered

If, by mistake, we supply you with the incorrect item you must notify us within 28 days. The goods should be returned to us in line with our returns instructions, detailed under ‘Returns procedure’ below. Once we have received the goods back we will confirm that it is in fact an incorrect item and either: Replace with the correct item or refund in line with our refund policy.

11. Extra items delivered

If, by mistake, we supply you with extra items you must notify us immediately. Goods should be returned to us in line with the returns procedure. If you do not adhere to this procedure and are found to be in possession of goods that you have not paid for, you may be charged for the goods.

12. Refund policy

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the account used to pay for your original order. Please note that it is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your card details, such as no longer having the account you used to place the order. We aim to action all eligible refunds within 7 working days from receipt of the returned goods, although the refund may take up to 30 days at the busiest times. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns policy for our full policy and process.

13. Returns procedure

To return an item to us, please first complete and enclose our returns form. This can be found with your parcel slip, or can be downloaded from our returns page. Package the product/s securely to ensure they arrive intact and with undamaged original packaging. Include your completed returns form within the package. You can then generate a free Collect+ label by following the steps detailed on our returns page, or by requesting a Royal Mail label if you are returning a very large parcel. On drop off, you will be provided with a receipt. Please retain this for your records. See our returns page for more information.

14. Offer terms

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time.

7. Notice to winner: Attempts to notify potential winners will be made by email within three days of the computerized random selection. If unable to make contact with the winner within two days after first attempts to notify the winner, or if the winner fails to claim the prize within two days after LSA first attempts to notify the winner, the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

15. Gift cards

1. These terms and conditions apply to your purchase and use of digital LSA International gift cards.
2. These gift card terms apply to pounds sterling gift cards purchased online through the LSA website (www.lsa-international.com).
3. Lubkowski Saunders & Associates Ltd reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of LSA gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your LSA gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. It is your responsibility to check these gift card terms from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes which may have been made. LSA gift cards remain the property of Lubkowski Saunders & Associates who maintains the right to cancel the card in its sole discretion in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so (such as to comply with applicable laws or as a result of circumstances beyond its control).
4. LSA gift cards can be purchased at full-value only and cannot be purchased with any promotional offer.
5. The value of your LSA gift card can be redeemed online through the LSA website (www.lsa-international.com) provided the gift card is redeemed within the redemption period.
6. An LSA gift card purchased shall have a redemption period of 12 months from the date of issue following which they expire automatically. A gift card cannot be used after the expiry date and any remaining balance will be removed and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use. Lubkowski Saunders & Associates have no obligation to remind or inform you of a gift card’s expiry and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry. Non-availability of individual products will not be accepted as a reason to extend a gift card beyond the 12-month expiry limit.
7. A gift card expires automatically once its balance has been exhausted. A gift card may be topped up with additional funds provided the gift card is still valid and has not yet expired.
8. Gift cards may be used to pay for the whole or any part of an order placed on our website (www.lsa-international.com).
9. Gift cards are not for resale. The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card.
10. The minimum purchase value for an LSA gift card is £20.
11. The maximum amount that an individual LSA gift card can hold is £500; this limit cannot be exceeded by performing balance transfers. LSA will provide you with specific denominations to choose from or allow you to select any amount to load on to your gift card, up to this maximum amount.
12. You can top-up or perform a balance enquiry on the LSA website at the basket page.
13. You are solely responsible for the safe keeping and security of your gift card following delivery. In cases where your LSA gift card is lost or stolen, LSA is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card. LSA cannot be held responsible for the any balance lost on an LSA gift card as a result of theft or fraud. All LSA gift cards have a unique PIN number which is required for online purchases. Lubkowski Saunders & Associates cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised use where the card number and/ or PIN have become known to another party.
14. Please retain an expired gift card should you wish to return your purchase. The value of any goods paid for using a gift card that are subsequently returned for a refund will be credited to a new gift card. The new gift card will be automatically sent to the email address originally provided.
15. If a refund is made for any purchase using an LSA gift card and another method of payment, then any refund amount owing will be credited to the other method of payment (i.e. a credit card, debit card or Paypal) in the first instance.
16. If sending a gift card directly to another recipient, you should take care to enter the recipient’s email address correctly. We cannot change the recipient’s email address once the order has been placed. It is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient is happy to receive the gift card email.
17. Personal data relating to your purchase or use of a gift card will be used in accordance with current applicable data protection and privacy legislation and the our privacy policy which can be found at: https://www.lsa-international.com/customer-service/privacy.
 18. The Contract, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law, and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
