LSA Ivalo Collection
Mouth-blown glass, hand-knotted leather, sustainably-sourced ash and cork - Ivalo is a collection of mixed-material tableware designs built around a minimalist aesthetic and the careful juxtaposition of honest materials. The range spans thirteen variants including domes on ash bases, ash stands and domes, containers with ash lids, serving trays, and ash boards with hand-knotted leather toggles in curve, radius and point profiles. Each Ivalo dome is mouth-blown by skilled glassblowers, with the rim melted by flame to achieve a rounded soft finish. A hole is cut and polished in the top, through which a hand-knotted leather toggle is tied - a tactile handmade detail that becomes the lifting point for each dome. The natural ash components are sourced from sustainably managed European forests and certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. Ivalo is a contemporary mix of textures for modern food presentation.
