LSA Sculpt Collection
Sculpt translates the geometric vocabulary of modernist sculpture into five mouth-blown vases. Each piece is defined by stacked, rhythmic forms - bowls and cylinders that appear to expand and contract in a carefully balanced composition. The silhouettes reference the carved wooden totems of Constantin Brancusi, whose work distilled natural forms into pure geometric relationships. Crafted in Europe by skilled glassmakers, each vase is shaped by hand using traditional mouth-blowing techniques. The repeated sections of the form are built up during the blowing process, requiring the glassmaker to control heat, timing and proportion with precision. The resulting pieces carry the subtle signs of that handwork - small variations in the exact angles and widths of each segment - which mark them as handmade. Sculpt vases work as individual statements on a console, shelf or dining table, or group naturally together as a composed display. Whether filled with stems or left empty as sculptural objects, they bring a strong structural presence to the home.
