LSA Chevron Collection
Chevron is defined by hand-applied gold chevron motifs - geometric patterns drawn from 20th-century design and applied to simple porcelain forms. The range spans coffee cups and saucers, teacups and saucers, espresso mugs, tea plates and a lantern, along with a glass tumbler - pieces that carry the chevron motif consistently across material and form. The porcelain is produced through a double-firing process, with biscuit firing at 960°C followed by glaze firing at 1380°C to develop its characteristic strength and translucence. Gold decoration is then applied by hand to the cup and the rim of the saucer using paint containing 24 karat gold, and the piece is fired again to set the metallic reflective finish. The result is tableware that feels subtly graphic on the breakfast table or at afternoon tea.
