LSA Moya Collection
A long-established LSA design, Moya is defined by fine conical bowls and flared, solid glass stems. Each piece is mouth-blown as one continuous piece of glass by skilled European glassblowers, with no joint between bowl and stem; the entire form is drawn and shaped by the maker from a single gathering of molten glass. The conical bowl is fine-walled and precisely proportioned, narrowing at the waist before flaring out to meet the thick solid stem. The stem itself is substantial - drawn to flare outward and grounded by its own weight - giving each glass a sculptural silhouette that reads equally well at a formal dinner or on an everyday table. Moya has been part of the LSA range long enough to be regarded as an established design classic, and it continues to be made today by the same craft process that has defined it from the beginning. The result is drinkware with a timeless character: modern in silhouette, traditional in making, and comfortable across any context where good wine or stirred drinks are being served.
