LSA Dusk Collection
Dusk takes its inspiration from the delicate mix of colours that fade into the sky at the end of the day - the dusty pinks, violets and soft greys that drift above the horizon at twilight. The iridescent finish is enhanced by a fine pleated texture that runs the length of each piece, catching the light in a way that flat glass cannot. The range includes Champagne Flutes, Champagne Buckets, Balloon Goblets, Tumblers, Vases and Lantern/Vases - each carrying the same pleated texture and sheer lustre finish. The optic effect is created by making impressions in the glass while it is still molten, and the glass is then decorated by hand using metallic lustre paints that diffuse toward the centre of the piece. The finish is fired at high temperatures to create a dual colour lustrous effect. Dusk is drinkware for the golden hour at the end of the day, and for meals that unfold as the light fades.
