Mouthblown by skilled glassblowers to create a classic footed container and lid. The container has a rounded flattened ball stem to which the foot is shaped and applied by hand while the glass is still malleable. The rim is melted under a flame to achieve the soft finish. The domed lid is blown and the rim is melted, with a shaped knob applied.

Handwash in warm soapy water and dry with a soft cloth.
